These two signs can be found on a path leading through the city of Lindos. This duality pretty much sums of the Greek environment--the ancient and the modern, side by side, so close but at the same time so separate. The weathered nature of the whitewashed building also illustrates this duality. And the fact that the signs are both in English and Greek. By the time we reached the top of the acropolis, we were more than ready to head back to find that beach.
