Pølser or hot-dogs are so much a part of life in Denmark that they are considered by many to be one of the national dishes. In Copenhagen there is a Pølsevogn in nearly every square and train station far into the suburbs. Here a Pølsevogn is being moved down one of the busy streets in the early morning hours to a prime location where it will remain open long after the restaurants and bars close for the night.
